Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Restaurant Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, which include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and upholding high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Your role will be crucial in creating a positive dining experience while achieving operational and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily restaurant operations for optimal efficiency.
  • Lead and inspire staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
  • Oversee inventory management and staff scheduling.
  • Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications Required:
  • Strong customer service skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in team management and leadership.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing restaurant operations effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
