Join our team as a Safety Manager! At Fakeeh Care Group, we prioritize a safe and compliant environment for all employees, patients, and visitors. We are looking for a dedicated Safety Manager who will oversee safety protocols, ensuring our standards align with both internal policies and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Safety Unit, aligning team efforts with company policies and safety objectives.
Review and update safety protocols to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Conduct inspections and audits of facilities, addressing any non-compliance issues.
Investigate safety incidents, recommend preventive measures, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and present safety reports to management, communicating concerns and compliance status.
Train staff and deliver safety awareness programs.
Participate in safety-related meetings and committees to promote a culture of safety.
Conduct risk assessments and develop action plans to mitigate identified hazards.
Manage the Safety Unit’s budget and staffing needs for efficient operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
NEBOSH and/or IOSH certifications.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the safety field.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
