Join our team as a Safety Manager! At Fakeeh Care Group, we prioritize a safe and compliant environment for all employees, patients, and visitors. We are looking for a dedicated Safety Manager who will oversee safety protocols, ensuring our standards align with both internal policies and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Safety Unit, aligning team efforts with company policies and safety objectives.
  • Review and update safety protocols to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Conduct inspections and audits of facilities, addressing any non-compliance issues.
  • Investigate safety incidents, recommend preventive measures, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present safety reports to management, communicating concerns and compliance status.
  • Train staff and deliver safety awareness programs.
  • Participate in safety-related meetings and committees to promote a culture of safety.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop action plans to mitigate identified hazards.
  • Manage the Safety Unit’s budget and staffing needs for efficient operations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • NEBOSH and/or IOSH certifications.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the safety field.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
