We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team at Automation Techniques Co | BMSplus. In this role, you will drive sales strategies and develop lasting relationships with key clients in water, energy, smart cities, and smart buildings sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies across various sectors.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure.
- Prepare and present comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with both government and private sector clients.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Execute sales plans to hit financial and strategic targets.
- Participate in major tenders and oversee bid preparations.
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer or equivalent).
- 5-7 years of experience in technical/engineering solutions sales.
- Proven experience selling BMS, lighting control, and SCADA/PLC systems.
- In-depth knowledge of the automation market in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region.
- Strong networking skills in water, energy, and industrial sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
- Aptitude for market analysis and identifying business opportunities.
- Experience with large clients and government tenders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with global technology companies (Siemens, Schneider, ABB, etc.).
- Understanding of Vision 2030 and major national projects.
- Experience in managing or supervising sales teams.
