About The Role:
You will be responsible for coordinating and managing sales activities to fulfill the company's business objectives. Your role will require strong communication skills, relationship management, and the ability to execute sales strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main contact for sales-related activities in designated countries.
  • Support the Sales Manager in developing annual and monthly sales budgets and objectives.
  • Coordinate objectives of the Sales Plan with relevant departments.
  • Establish market and target customer strategies for Sulzer.
  • Build and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Review tenders and support the tender process.
  • Participate in company initiatives and meetings.

Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in sales strategy implementation.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and attention to detail are essential.
