Your Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue and secure new clients for lift inspection services including elevators, escalators, and moving walkways.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, covering quotations and service agreements.
- Conduct market analysis to uncover new opportunities and assess competitive positioning.
- Meet assigned sales targets and performance KPIs while building long-term relationships with stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and contract renewals.
- Understand and communicate lift inspection standards and procedures effectively.
- Coordinate with operations and inspection teams for service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and prepare regular sales reports.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Understanding of compliance, certification, and inspection services.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
