Job Title: SMB Business Development Manager

About the Role:
This is a lead role responsible for developing and growing the SMB business through different initiatives, programs, and partnerships. The individual will actively engage with various channel partners, including telecommunication operators, to enable them to become effective SMB channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to create business through telco and other partnerships.
  • Lead sales plans across the organization involving multiple teams.
  • Build strong relationships with telco operators and stakeholders.
  • Handle complex contract negotiations and manage terms to meet partner and organizational expectations.
  • Conduct training for partners on the latest products and services.
  • Identify and recruit new partners that align with strategic objectives.

Education & Experience:
Four-year or Graduate Degree in related fields such as Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration, along with 4-7 years of work experience in enterprise selling or channel alliances.

Knowledge & Skills:
  • Strong account management and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to tailor solutions to meet specific customer needs.
