Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Implement KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance of the sales team
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress
  • Handle key client accounts and complex negotiations

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 35 Years in the Real Estate Industry or property sales
  • Knowledge of the KSA real estate industry
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools
  • Fluency in English
