Job Title: Executive Sales Manager (Individual Contributor / Builder)

What will you do? (Core Tasks):

  • Lead the entire sales cycle: from prospecting to signing contracts.

  • Achieve sales targets: exceed monthly and annual targets through innovative sales strategies.

  • Represent the company: deliver professional presentations to key clients and decision-makers.

  • Establish the system: lay the groundwork for sales operations (Sales Playbook) and technical systems (CRM) to pave the way for future team expansion.

Requirements (What we expect from you):

  • Proven experience: no less than [3-5] years in [B2B or B2C] sales with a track record of achieving numbers.
