Join the prestigious Dolce&Gabbana team as a Sales Manager! This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring the success of our retail operations in Riyadh. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving individual sales targets while providing impeccable service to our clients and supporting the overall business objectives of the store. Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve individual sales targets and ensure a high-quality client experience.
  • Partner with store management to meet and exceed store sales budgets.
  • Coordinate front of house (FoH) and back of house (BoH) activities as per management guidelines.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and role model for the sales staff.
  • Contribute to store operations, including opening/closing duties and cash operations.
  • Participate in monthly KPI analysis and devise strategies to meet performance standards.
  • Coach and develop the sales staff, enhancing their selling competencies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention standards.
Experience Required:
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in luxury retail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
