About the Role:
As a Regional Sales Manager at Fluke Corporation, you will have a pivotal role in recruiting, training, and managing authorized resellers to drive sales of our integrated product line within key geographic areas. You will leverage your expertise to enhance sales channels and ensure consistent revenue growth through robust sales strategies and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective management of reseller and distributor networks.
  • Achieve revenue objectives allocated to your reseller accounts.
  • Ensure distributor representatives are well-educated about our products and services.
  • Integrate traditional and online sales strategies to bolster sales effectiveness.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction to retain business and implement promotional strategies aimed at exceeding revenue targets.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and business reports.
  • Foster new distribution relationships while maintaining strong connections with existing partners.

Your Team:
You will collaborate with a diverse international team located across the Middle East, Europe, and the USA, ensuring a productive and innovative work environment.

Your Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent; MBA is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Minimum 15 years sales experience, preferably with business partner management.
  • Solid understanding of the Electrical Market and Test & Measurement industry.
  • Ability to translate technical product features into compelling customer value propositions.
  • Proven leadership skills with a strong record of compliance and negotiation.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia.

Job Purpose:
To drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets in KSA and GCC, while overseeing non-sales operations in KSA to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with company objectives.

Key Accountability Areas:
  • Sales Leadership:
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets in KSA and GCC.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders across the region.

Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Management.
