Foreground, a leading consultancy firm, is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our partner, a prominent consumer electronics and home appliances distribution organization in Saudi Arabia. This role offers a chance to enhance regional commercial operations and drive sustained revenue growth across various distribution channels.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage the commercial performance of assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market coverage.
  • Strengthen relationships with distributors and clients.
  • Monitor pricing, promotional execution, and product availability across key outlets.
  • Collaborate with national sales leadership for territory forecasting and performance tracking.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years experience in distribution sales within Saudi Arabia, with a strong network across retail, wholesale, B2B, or HORECA clients. Candidates must be fluent in Arabic and demonstrate the capability to manage territory-level P&L, build significant customer relationships, and lead field sales efforts with accountability.

  • Solid understanding of sales KPIs, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and drive sales performance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred.
