Role Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will handle all projects business and selling Eaton products (LV switchgear systems & components, Busway, ATS, etc.) in the assigned territory. You will work closely with MEP contractors, consultants, and end users on all project leads and provide technical support on offers through licensed or authorized panel builders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement the strategy for developing project sales for Eaton in the western and southern regions.
  • Meet and exceed assigned project sales targets and organizational strategic objectives.
  • Identify & build positive relations with all account decision-makers & influencers impacting current or future business.
  • Prepare mapping for each client to identify decision makers and influencers.
  • Utilize Eaton expertise to generate high-quality proposals to secure orders.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive business growth.
  • Support existing panel builder network to achieve pre-set targets.
  • Ensure compliance with Eaton's Go-To-Market policies.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in sales of electrical products, preferably in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.

Skills Required:
  • Prior sales experience covering LV/MV Switchgear Systems, Busway, ATS, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
