As a leading player in the construction and manufacturing sectors in the Middle East, alfanar is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across KSA and GCC.

About Us:
With our headquarters in Riyadh, we are involved in electrical, electromechanical, and civil engineering construction, and we manufacture and market various electrical construction products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership:
    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients.
  • Team Management:
    Lead and motivate the regional sales team while setting clear performance objectives. Conduct evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Operational Oversight:
    Coordinate with support teams for operational efficiency and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
  • Regional Representation:
    Act as the company representative at business activities and events in KSA and GCC.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Management with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
