We at MBAN Real Estate are looking for an experienced sales manager to lead our team towards success in the real estate market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for:
  • Developing sales strategies: Creating detailed business plans according to the latest market trends.
  • Supervising the sales team: Leading, guiding, and training team members to achieve specified goals.
  • Achieving sales targets: Working to meet sales volume and revenue goals.
  • Building customer relationships: Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyzing the market and competitors: Identifying available opportunities and developing strategies to overcome challenges.
  • Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software: Efficiently managing relationships with customers.
  • Training and development: Providing training to the sales team and developing their skills.
  • Preparing reports: Preparing periodic reports and analyzing data.
Essential skills:
  • Leadership and effective communication skills.
  • Negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of the real estate market.
  • Ability to use CRM software.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in the same field. English language skills required for speaking and writing.

About the Role:
A leading regional FMCG business is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to take full ownership of one of its largest strategic accounts. The role is based in Riyadh and focuses entirely on managing and developing relationships with globally recognized foodservice clients across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fully own and manage the commercial relationship with major regional foodservice accounts.
