Role Objective:

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell exhibitions, events, and service solutions to targeted clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts in coordination with the Sales Manager.
- Attend and represent the company at events and exhibitions for lead generation.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms and pricing within company guidelines.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets regularly.
- Collect market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform strategies.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure effective event execution.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports.
- Follow up on client accounts to ensure timely payments and resolution of issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in sales, preferably in exhibitions or event management.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer relationship management.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Team player with problem-solving capability.
Preferred Additional Requirements:
- Experience in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Knowledge of the Saudi market in exhibitions and event management.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Valid Saudi driving license.
