About SearchInform and the Sales Specialist Role
SearchInform, an international IT company with over 25 years of global experience, is seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is central to our expansion efforts in the region. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the IT sector.
Key Objectives of the Position
The Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in expanding SearchInform's market presence and customer base in Saudi Arabia. This involves developing and executing strategic plans in close collaboration with marketing teams to achieve market share growth and meet sales targets.
Core Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations to drive business growth.
- Identify and develop opportunities with end users and customers.
- Build strategic partnerships with local stakeholders and industry partners to enhance market presence and product adoption.
- Lead negotiations, manage the sales cycle, and close deals effectively to meet revenue targets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets, expand the customer base, and increase market share within Saudi Arabia.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and results.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated work experience in the IT sector (hardware or software).
- Proven experience in identifying and engaging potential customers and partners within the IT market in the region.
Essential Skills and Attributes
- Strong understanding of corporate sales principles (B2B).
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel as needed for business requirements.
