One of our prestigious clients, a leading international retail brand, is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to join their team at Riyadh Airport Duty Free. We are currently hiring for the Retail Sales Supervisor position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a world-class shopping experience.
  • Monitor daily sales performance, inventory levels, and merchandising standards.
  • Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and duty-free regulations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail (luxury, duty-free, or large-scale retail operations preferred).
  • Proven experience in team leadership and operational management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural airport environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
