About the Role:
The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for delivering the company’s growth objectives through effective sales strategies and strong leadership of the sales team. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading daily performance reviews with sales team members.
  • Ensuring timely market operations for sales vans.
  • Setting and reviewing sales targets to achieve growth objectives.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory sales role within a van sales environment, preferably in the FMCG sector. Essential skills include:

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
