Sales Supervisor

• We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and motivate our sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, conducting regular training sessions, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales data, preparing detailed reports, coordinating with other departments, and implementing effective sales processes to maximize profitability.

• Develop sales strategies and increase market share for our bakery and pastry products.
• Manage existing client relationships while attracting new business opportunities.
• Execute sales plans to achieve defined targets.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
• Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pastry and bakery sales within Riyadh.
• Strong knowledge of the bakery and confectionery market, suppliers, and clients (B2B / HoReCa / Cafés / Restaurants).
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage accounts effectively.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Proven success in meeting sales goals and contributing to brand growth.
• Preferably possess a ready network of contacts in the industry.
