Secretary or Legal Counsel 
Responsibilities include:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and advising on various commercial contracts.
  • Support the finance director with legal matters.
  • Providing advice on disputes, litigation, and compliance.
  • Enhancing legal risk awareness through training and internal consultation.
  • Creating and maintaining an annual compliance reporting schedule.
  • Conducting legal and fact research and preparing advisory memos.
  • Representing the company in legal proceedings.
  • Reviewing supplier contracts and company policies.
  • Monitoring compliance and ensuring no escalation of claims and disputes.
  • Resolving disputes between employers and employees through arbitration.
  • Drafting templates for contracts and policies of legal significance.
  • Organizing and presenting all documents related to contracts.
  • Dealing with the core negotiations of contracts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in law.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate environment as legal counsel.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong research, investigative, and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
