We Are Hiring: Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and effective communication within the organization.

📍 Location: Riyadh, KSA

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to management and team members
  • Manage and organize daily schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and documents)
  • Prepare, format, and maintain reports, presentations, and official documents
  • Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of records
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company information at all times
  • Assist in basic office management and follow-up on assigned tasks

Requirements:
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Residence close to the employer/location will be preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus
  • Fluency in English
