We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and effective communication within the organization.
📍 Location: Riyadh, KSA
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to management and team members
- Manage and organize daily schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and documents)
- Prepare, format, and maintain reports, presentations, and official documents
- Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of records
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company information at all times
- Assist in basic office management and follow-up on assigned tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Residence close to the employer/location will be preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus
- Fluency in English
