Work closely with internal departments to coordinate visa processing, bookings, and customer follow-up.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, travel sales, visa processing, or ticketing is highly preferred.
Experience with GDS systems (*, Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage.
Familiarity with visa application procedures for Schengen, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other key destinations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle clients from diverse backgrounds.
Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing documents and booking information.
Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage unexpected travel or visa issues calmly and effectively.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
