Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the morning cleaning of the restaurant
• Clean all service utensils before each service
• Support the captain waiter in setting up the restaurant
• Maintain high hygiene standards and appearance
• Assist in mise en place preparation
• Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall
• Help serve food plates at client tables
• Change ashtrays and refill glasses during service
• Clear tables after meals and ensure cleanliness
• Transport dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area

Working Environment:
