As a vital part of our dining experience, you will prepare and maintain the dining hall to ensure a clean and organized environment while serving our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the morning cleaning of the restaurant
• Clean all service utensils before each service
• Support the captain waiter in setting up the restaurant
• Maintain high hygiene standards and appearance
• Assist in mise en place preparation
• Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall
• Help serve food plates at client tables
• Change ashtrays and refill glasses during service
• Clear tables after meals and ensure cleanliness
• Transport dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area

Working Environment:
You'll be working on-site and collaborating closely with the captain waiter to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Requirements: • Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality field is preferred but not required • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team • Professional appearance and positive personality • Ability to work under pressure and in a shift system.
