Coffee Preparation Skills:

Proficiency in using espresso machines and other coffee preparation equipment.
Ability to prepare different types of beverages based on customer requests.
Knowledge of different coffee beans and preparation methods.
Ability to steam milk and prepare various milk-based drinks.

Customer Service Skills:

Excellent communication skills with customers.
Ability to deal with customers with friendliness and warmth.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide recommendations accordingly.
Ability to solve problems and deliver fast, efficient service.
