A branch assistant manager is required to work in a leading company in the retail field, it is required to be of Saudi nationality and hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of experience in the field (retail sales of home furniture). The main tasks include: supervising the daily operations of the branch, managing the team and developing their performance, following up on sales and achieving targets, preparing regular reports, and ensuring the application of quality and service standards. The candidate must have high leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with computer systems.
