Job Purpose
The Office Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations and providing high-level support to the General Manager in a luxury hospitality environment. This role requires a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual who can manage office administration, coordinate executive functions, and assist in operational management while upholding the highest service standards expected in a prestigious hotel.

Job Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Act as the primary point of contact between the GM and stakeholders. Manage GM’s schedule and prepare reports and correspondence.
  • Office Administration: Oversee day-to-day operations, manage supplies, and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Guest Relations: Assist with VIP requests and maintain hotel’s luxury service standards.
  • HR Coordination: Assist HR with staffing and documentation.
  • Financial Support: Aid in invoice processing and procurement.
  • Event Coordination: Organize meetings and events ensuring all needs are met.
  • IT Support: Manage office communications and assist with digital tools.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and practices.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in office management or hospitality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Work Environment:
Must be flexible to work beyond standard hours, requiring active engagement with staff, members, and executives.
