Join Hilton as an Operations Manager!
As an integral member of the Hilton team, you will oversee the effective operational management of the hotel, ensuring all departments achieve and exceed their revenue and guest satisfaction targets. Your leadership will drive service delivery and enhance the guest experience across the board.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the General Manager/Area General Manager to address key property issues, including project management and customer service.
  • Assist in developing achievable hotel budgets and strategic goals.
  • Provide strong leadership to the hotel management team to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Respond to audits ensuring continual improvement.
  • Plan and coordinate service delivery across all operational departments.
  • Manage costs effectively and analyze results.
  • Oversee the development of department heads for career progression within the hotel.
  • Seek guest feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the Heads of Departments.

Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in Food and Beverage or Rooms Management.
  • Experience managing budgets and revenue proposals.
  • In-depth knowledge of the hotel or leisure sector.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience.

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
