Main Responsibilities:- Collect, inspect, and analyze product samples.
- Review and monitor quality policies and procedures.
- Conduct sample inspections and verify compliance with required quality standards.
- Identify sources of defects and make recommendations for improvements.
- Update the quality policies and procedures in accordance with market changes.
- Maintain technical knowledge of trends in the sector and governmental regulations.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or General Biology.
- Certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) are preferred.
Required Skills:- Inspection, auditing, and sampling skills.
- Supervisory skills and management of food production.
- Ability to take responsibility and identify bottlenecks.
