Role Overview: In this role, you will significantly contribute to the visual presentation of property listings through expert photography, videography, and drone imagery. Your creative and technical skills will be essential in capturing and refining media content that effectively highlights the unique attributes of each property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Photography and Videography: Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties, fulfilling client requests for various media formats.
- Editing: Use editing tools to enhance and optimize photographs and videos to adhere to Bayut SA's branding standards.
- Drone Videography: Operate drones for stunning aerial views of properties.
- Client Interaction: Work directly with clients to understand their media requirements and ensure a professional experience.
- Travel Requirements: Flexibility to travel within Khobar and potentially beyond for on-site assignments.
- Collaboration with Operations: Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of media tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in professional photography and videography; experience in real estate preferred.
- Proficiency in editing tools.
- Drone operating license preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
