Job Scope:We are looking for a seasoned sales and marketing professional with a deep understanding of the travel ecosystem. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies that contribute to visitation, revenue growth, and enhanced customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Marketing and Brand Awareness: Develop integrated marketing strategies, manage social media content, and collaborate with regional teams to achieve brand alignment.
- Sales Strategy Development: Exceed annual sales targets by expanding both B2B and B2C customer bases.
- Sales Discipline: Maintain structured account management and ensure sales procedures are followed.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and liaise with internal departments to meet client needs.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience, including 3 years in a managerial sales role, preferably in hospitality or aviation.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of digital and social media technology and marketing automation tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal and project management skills.
