سادساً: الإجراءات التشغيلية

في حال تم تكليف الموظف بمهمة خارج اختصاصه:

تنفيذ المهمة إذا كانت لا تؤثر على المهام الأساسية، مع إشعار المدير المباشر في حال تعارضها مع مسؤوليات الوظيفة.

في حال اكتشاف خطأ في العهدة المالية:

إبلاغ المدير المباشر فورًا، مراجعة التقارير، وعدم التصرف الفردي بالمبلغ إلا وفق الإجراء المعتمد.

في حال ضغط العمل يفوق الطاقة:

طلب الدعم، تنظيم الأولويات، الالتزام بالهدوء، وعدم التسرع بما يسبب أخطاء تشغيلية.

في حال تأخر طلب العميل:

الاعتذار للعميل باحترافية.
توضيح سبب التأخير.
متابعة الطلب مع المطبخ فورًا.
إشعار المدير عند تجاوز الوقت المقبول.

About the Role:
Join Aroma city group as a Hotel Manager to lead operations for a prestigious 4-star hotel property in Tabuk Region. We are looking for a highly experienced professional dedicated to ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency while achieving brand standards aligned with 4-star hospitality expectations.

Responsibilities:

Lead overall operations for the hotel, covering front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, security, and guest services.
Drive service excellence, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and compliance with brand standards.
Develop and execute business strategies that maximize revenue, profitability, occupancy, and market competitiveness.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, procurement, and departmental cost management.
Provide strategic leadership to department heads, ensuring accountability and consistent service delivery.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, corporate teams, vendors, and government entities.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and risk management requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
15+ years of progressive hotel management experience, with a strong background in 4-star hotel operations.
Minimum 5+ years of hospitality leadership experience in the GCC region, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
Proven experience managing full-service hotel operations.
Strong knowledge of GCC hospitality standards and market dynamics.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop teams.
