Position SummaryThe Barber will be responsible for executing a variety of men’s grooming services, including haircuts, beard grooming, shaves, and scalp care, ensuring each guest receives a personalized experience in line with Miraval’s wellness philosophy.
Key Responsibilities- Men’s Grooming Services: Provide haircuts, beard trims, straight razor shaves, and scalp massages tailored to individual guest styles.
- Guest Experience & Personalization: Conduct thorough consultations to understand guest expectations, building relationships through attention to detail.
- Salon Standards & Operations: Maintain clean and hygienic workstations, follow health protocols, and assist in upselling services.
- Additional Services & Events: Support special events, including VIP grooming requests and wellness retreats.
Qualifications- Certified and licensed Barber with formal training in grooming techniques.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury grooming environment.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
