Role Purpose:Design and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive sales growth and enhance brand equity in both B2C (Retail) and B2B (Corporate) sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's goals.
- Budget & ROI Management: Manage the marketing budget for optimal resource allocation.
- Digital & Multichannel Campaigns: Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- B2B & B2C Synergy: Tailor propositions for retail and corporate clients.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze trends to provide actionable insights to management.
- Impact Mindset: Use a creative approach while measuring success metrics.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build strategic relationships to enhance brand presence.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of marketing and sales experience; Retail/Optical experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in marketing analytics and digital tools.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English.
