Role Overview:The Restaurant Manager will lead the service operations during assigned shifts, ensuring that the energy and flow of the restaurant reflect our unique cultural ethos. You will oversee daily service, supervise front-of-house staff, and ensure seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage floor service during assigned shifts, ensuring guest expectations are met or exceeded.
- Monitor table status and service timing in coordination with kitchen and bar teams.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to align the team on updates and service priorities.
- Greet guests warmly and ensure satisfaction during their experience.
- Manage guest complaints with discretion and empathy.
- Supervise staff during service to maintain high quality standards.
- Identify training needs and support team development initiatives.
Qualifications:- 3+ years experience in a luxury hotel or upscale dining environment.
- Forbes 5 Star hotel experience is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
- Exceptional guest interaction and service recovery skills.
