As a Branch Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team, achieving sales goals, and maintaining our inventory effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth workflow.
- Aim to achieve monthly sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Train and guide the team to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of required products.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and submit them to management.
Requirements:- Experience in sales, preferably within the perfume industry.
- Work experience as a branch supervisor is required.
- Minimum education level: High School or equivalent.
- Minimum experience level: 4 to 10 years.
