- Generate sales leads and contact potential clients.
- Produce quotations and written confirmations for clients.
- Prepare accurate reports for the Sales Director and senior management.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues to ensure ongoing business.
- Arrange and conduct hotel tours for potential clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- High proficiency in IT including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets.
- Strong organizational and administration skills.
