Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Field Marketing Specialist based in Jeddah. This role is focusing on visiting hospitals, healthcare centers, universities, and training entities to market our programs, open new partnerships, secure contracts, and strengthen our relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct field visits to hospitals, clinics, universities, and training institutions.
- Present Future Vision’s services, programs, and training solutions to potential partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Negotiate and secure training agreements and collaborations.
- Identify new business opportunities in the healthcare and training sectors.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on visits, leads, achievements, and partnership progress.
- Represent the company in internal and external events when required.
Key Requirements:- Based in Jeddah.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or public relations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in meeting decision-makers and representatives of healthcare organizations.
- Professional appearance and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work toward targets and handle pressure.
