Position Overview:
The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for implementing floor and shelf layout plans in assigned branches.

Responsibilities:

Floor Layout:
- Arrange and/or re-arrange display fixtures (Wall Units, Gondolas, etc.) according to latest Floor Plan.
- Report any missing, damaged, or erroneous fixtures to superiors and follow up until addressed.
Shelf Layout:
- Arrange and/or re-arrange items (products) displayed on fixtures according to latest released planograms.
Display Presentation:
- Clean and ensure all items (products) are presentable and in good condition before displaying on fixtures.
- Report to branch superiors or employees if any fixture(s) need thorough cleaning.
Reports:
- Utilize company-provided (Shelvz ®) Merchandising Management Software at all times as per required standard procedures.
- Submit reports via Shelvz or any means of communication if unavailable.
- Report to direct superior any issues that hamper quality of execution.
Ad-hoc Tasks:
- Effectively and timely accomplish “extra-missions” whenever assigned one.
- Conduct OOS / Inventory Reports of Private Label products as per need basis.

Qualifications & Experiences:

Minimum Highschool graduate.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Merchandising.
Merchandising, Basic Arithmetic (Math), and Computer Skills are a plus.
