• Mentoring and guiding other engineers in best practices.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in developing applications using Scala, Java, C#, or Kotlin.
• Expertise with data tools like Spark and Kafka.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and improve internal processes.
