تعلن إدارة الفندق عن توفر شاغر وظيفي بمسمى موظفة استقبال للانضمام إلى فريق الضيافة. في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولة عن تقديم تجربة استثنائية للنزلاء من خلال:
  • استقبال النزلاء والترحيب بهم بطريقة احترافية.
  • تسجيل الوصول والمغادرة وتحديث بيانات الضيوف.
  • الرد على استفسارات الضيوف وتقديم المعلومات المطلوبة عن الفندق والخدمات.
  • التنسيق مع الأقسام المختلفة داخل الفندق لتلبية احتياجات النزلاء.
  • معالجة المكالمات الهاتفية وحجز الغرف والخدمات.
  • متابعة الشكاوى وحلها بطريقة سريعة ومرضية للضيوف.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها (يفضل الحاصلين على دورات في مجال الاستقبال أو السياحة).
  • خبرة سابقة في العمل بفنادق أو خدمات العملاء ميزة إضافية.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على التعامل مع الجمهور.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (ميزة إضافية).

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Hostess to be the welcoming face of our dining venues at the Four Seasons Resort Red Sea. Your primary responsibility will be to create a warm and inviting first impression for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat guests, ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
  • Manage reservations and respond to inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Coordinate seating arrangements in collaboration with the service team.
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service in line with Four Seasons' exceptional hospitality standards.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • 6 to 12 months of experience in restaurant, food and beverage service preferred.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic (local candidates only as per Saudi law).
  • Familiarity with restaurant policies and operations is a plus.
