Sales Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As part of our Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) division, you will be instrumental in driving sales and nurturing relationships with retail partners and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to enhance market share.
- Engage with potential retail partners and distributors to expand our distribution network.
- Conduct regular visits to ensure product availability and visibility in retail outlets.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with partners for effective stock management.
- Provide training and support to retail staff regarding product features and benefits.
- Analyze market intelligence to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Participate in promotional events to boost brand visibility.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Gather feedback from customers and partners for continuous service improvement.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in FMCG sales or channel management is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards challenges.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
