Restofair Saudi Arabia is a leading provider of OS&E in the Middle East, specializing in high-quality products and services for the thriving hospitality industry. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to help us continue our expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients in the HORECA sector, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries.
• Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market share.
• Needs Assessment and Solution Selling: Conduct thorough assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate within the organization to ensure client needs are met, collaborating with internal departments as necessary.

POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Sales Associate is responsible for representing the brand, maximizing sales, and providing exceptional customer service and retail experiences. This role involves various operational duties such as maintaining the store and ensuring visual presentation standards as directed by the store manager or assistant store manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service:
  • Greet customers and assist them in selecting products.
  • Convert window shoppers into buyers.
  • Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
  • Serve customers with the highest standards, adhering to the GUEST guidelines (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various brands for effective suggestive selling.
• Grooming / Attitude / Knowledge:
  • Maintain a presentable and well-groomed appearance at all times.
  • Be flexible to work extended hours during sales periods.
  • Ensure minimal stock loss through up-to-date product knowledge.
• Merchandise:
  • Ensure stock is laid out and displayed attractively, following standard layout norms.
  • Adhere to VM guidelines and maintain stock norms during clearance.
  • Record inventory movements and maintain accurate reports.
  • Efficiently handle POS and billing counter operations.
  • Tally cash in the register at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and correct change to customers.
  • Process payments by cash, credit cards, or vouchers.
  • Maintain security awareness in the store.
  • Flexibly work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Adhere to SOP and Loss Prevention Policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sales figures.
