Role Overview:As a Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring our service continues to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and approach potential clients including factories, distributors, freight companies, and carriers.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct meetings and product demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Success teams.
- Track sales activities using CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:- 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in logistics, freight, transportation, or marketplace platforms preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
