مؤسسة درع السرايا للحراسات الأمنية المدنية تبحث عن أخصائي إدارة مشاريع متمكن للانضمام إلى فريقها. يتطلب من المرشح تحليل عناصر وفعاليات المشروع، وضع الخطط والبرامج الزمنية، متابعة تنفيذها، وتحليل المخاطر المتوقعة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تحليل عناصر وفعاليات المشروع وتحديد الأربط اللازمة.
  • إعداد برنامج زمني وترتيب الإجراءات والموارد المطلوبة.
  • إعداد جدول تدفق نقدي يتناسب مع تسلسل تنفيذ الفعاليات ومتابعة تنفيذها.
  • إعداد الوثائق والتقارير المتعلقة بإدارة المشاريع وتقديم الحلول والتوصيات.
  • مراجعة التنفيذ الفعلي ومقارنته مع البرنامج المخطط.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
  • بكالوريوس في إدارة المشاريع.
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات.
  • شهادات مهنية مفضلة تشمل (PMP, ITIL, CAME-PMP, CPE).
  • إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.

المهارات:
  • تقنية المعلومات وإدارة إجراءات الأعمال.
  • تحمل المسؤولية ومهارات الاستشارة.
  • توظيف الموارد البشرية والوثائق.
يتمتع العمل بسفر متكرر ويحتاج إلى الالتزام بجدول عمل صباحي لمدة ستة أيام في الأسبوع.
