Responsibilities:- Maintain constant vigilance over hotel operations and premises.
- Document incidents and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Recommend improvements to security, surveillance, and fire systems.
- Review incidents to prevent re-occurrences.
- Train and supervise the Security Team, organizing work schedules and policies.
- Conduct regular briefings with the Security Team.
Qualifications:- Previous security experience is preferable.
- Knowledge of planning and enforcing security systems.
- Valid qualifications in fire safety and first aid.
- Excellent communication skills and personal presentation.
