About the RoleJoin The Luxury Collection as a Reservations Agent where you will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests. In this position, you will handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations, providing a welcoming and professional service that reflects our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Process all reservation requests received by phone, fax, or mail.
- Identify guest reservation needs and determine the suitable room type.
- Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies.
- Follow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest concerns.
- Input and manage data in the reservation system.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
Preferred Qualifications:- High school diploma or *** equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
