The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with document preparation and data entry tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in office software applications to effectively support various administrative functions.

• Animation, Motion Capture, and Motion Graphics skills
• Proficiency in Storyboarding and developing creative concepts
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Maya, or similar tools
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality
• Previous experience in animation projects is a plus
• A genuine passion for storytelling and visual design

• Respond to merchant inquiries via chat, WhatsApp, email, and calls when needed.
• Troubleshoot various product issues including bookings, subscriptions, and payments.
• Educate merchants using simple, clear guidance with visual aids.
• Accurately track and update ticket statuses.
• Identify recurring issues and provide insights for improvement.

• Fast response times and high resolution rates.
• High customer satisfaction scores.
• Effective escalations for technical bugs.

• Strong written communication skills in Arabic, basic English is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
• Comfort with troubleshooting and learning new product features.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

• Experience with support platforms like Zendesk or Freshdesk.
• Background in supporting small to medium-sized businesses.
• Understanding of payments and booking systems.

  Personally execute and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns.
