نحن نبحث عن مهندس سلامة ذو خبرة قوية في تطبيق معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) في مواقع المشاريع. يجب أن يضمن المرشح المثالي الامتثال للوائح، وإدارة المخاطر بفعالية، ودعم تطوير ثقافة سلامة قوية عبر جميع أنشطة البناء والتأثيث.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

الامتثال للصحة والسلامة: ضمان الامتثال للوائح السعودية، وشفرة البناء السعودية (SBC)، وسياسات HSE الخاصة بالشركة. إجراء تفتيشات يومية للموقع ومتابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية. التأكد من تجهيز جميع العمال بمعدات الحماية الشخصية والمعدات السلامة المناسبة.
إدارة المخاطر: تحديد المخاطر المحتملة والتوصية بتدابير التخفيف. إجراء تقييمات المخاطر وإعداد تقارير تحليل مخاطر العمل (JHA). مراقبة الأنشطة عالية المخاطر مثل عمليات الرفع، والأعمال الكهربائية، والأماكن المحصورة، والعمل في الارتفاعات.
التدريب والتوعية: إجراء إدخالات السلامة ومحادثات صندوق الأدوات للموظفين في الموقع. تدريب الفرق على إجراءات الطوارئ وممارسات العمل الآمنة. تعزيز ثقافة السلامة بين العمال والمقاولين الفرعيين.
تقرير الحوادث والتوثيق: تسجيل والتحقيق في الحوادث، والحوادث القريبة من الحدوث. إعداد تقارير السلامة، وقوائم التفتيش، وسجلات الامتثال. دعم إعداد الوثائق الخاصة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة للتدقيق وتسليم المشروع.

المؤهلات
- الجنسية السعودية (إلزامية).
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة السلامة أو السلامة المهنية أو مجال هندسي ذي صلة.
- 3–8 سنوات من الخبرة كمهندس سلامة في مشاريع البناء أو التأثيث.
- شهادات مهنية مثل NEBOSH IGC، OSHA، أو ISO 45001.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة HSE السعودية وأفضل الممارسات الدولية.
- مهارات تواصل وتقارير جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
