About the Property:
Our Kaynuna Beach Escape in Yanbu is a lively beachfront destination, designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a 200-cover restaurant, private cabanas, and a sports hub among other amenities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper bookkeeping for all hotel transactions.
• Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in payroll processing.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
• Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and hotel policies.
• Assist with audits by providing documentation.

Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good communication skills; fluency in English is required.

This exciting role is perfect for those who thrive in a lively environment and enjoy providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests and escort them to their tables, ensuring a smooth seating flow.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table rotations using the restaurant’s booking system.
• Provide menus and inform guests of specials, promotions, or events.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and hostess desk.
• Coordinate with service staff and management to efficiently meet guest needs.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests politely and professionally.
• Support promotional and community events in the restaurant.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all guests.
• Collaborate closely with servers, chefs, and managers to deliver seamless dining experiences.
• Utilize digital reservation tools to optimize table management and guest flow.

Experience & Skills:

• Preferred previous experience as a hostess or in guest-facing hospitality roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Professional appearance and a confident, welcoming personality.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of reservation and table management systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
